Just another week

Two days ago, we had exchanges, and I got to take over the area for the first time! It was pretty fun! I hope to go to Jeff and Maureens one more time just in case I might leave! I would love to share a scripture and such! Not much else happened this week!

I have started to take a challenge from Elder Bedner. Have one of the blue Books of Mormon, and write a question in the front, and read the whole book, and underline everything pertaining to that question, and answering that question. It is fun, and you cuold write so many questions and read the book of mormon so many times! I challenge you guys to test it out! I love it so far!

Anyways, not much else going on! Just doing missionary work! I actually met a lady from gilbert, she is a daughter of Lynn or Keith Child, so that was cool.

Love you guys!!! Thanks for everything!

Not much happened this week. It snowed pretty good, and I witnessed a car accident, and that was pretty crazy. We had dinner with one of our investigators, and they fed us goat. It was delicious! And the dad killed it a few weeks ago!

We have done a lot of walking in the snow, and we also had a snowball fight with the other elders at like 8:45 and that was fun. One of our families who is on date for baptism is now off date. They aren't married (and they have 4 kids). So that's a bummer, and they didn't come to church. And another family who is super close to baptism came to 2nd hour of church but left right before sacrament! We could've had 11 investigators at church!! So that was a bummer! But I know that if we persevere to the end, we can accomplish anything! And that is the 5th principal of the gospel, endure to the end! That is such an important aspect of the church! you cant give up on anything! I know that sticking through things you can be successful in anything! And we all need to stick through the church, and be continually progressing!

We went to a ladys house to try and see if she was interested in the gospel. And she opens the door and there is like 10 people in a circle, sitting around a cross, with their bibles open. and they let us in. And then they were about to start their bible study, and they all stood up and started reciting a catholic prayer, and me and my comp are just like, "wat" and then thay finish their prayer and then they are talking and a lady starts to cry, and then we finally left and it was crazy.

I just wanna say I love you guys, and its always good to have the spirit in the home. Out here, if "we dont have the spirit, we dont teach" The spirit is the only teacher. We are supposed to help it come in. But also the people need to have a open heart. And mom and dad, dont be afraid to share the gospel with Everyone, and i mean EVERYONE! We all need to have faith! And its one thing to believe with faith, and act in faith. So I encourage you to act in faith! We all need to act in faith! Love you guys!

So this last week was crappy, but thursday and sunday were the best. On thursday, we went to one of our investigators with a member of the ward, and we taught them a lesson and got the parents to commit to baptism! So we are super excited, and they realy want to know the truth. And we invited them to church,  and they came! Their whole family! We we SUPER STOKE! It was so awesome. I have a good feeling about them, that they are going to progress. It is so important for investigators to keep commitments like reading and praying and coming to church. If they dont do that, they dont gain a testimony, or witness the holy ghost in their lives. And this can apply to EVeryone. If we arent keeping our commitments to GOD, we wont progress. And we always need to progress. We cant be at a standstill. Anyways, I love you guys so much, thank you for everything!
